Abilities || Strengths
Toothless is a Night Fury, sorted into the Strike class of dragons. All dragon species of this class are know for their extreme speed, jaw strength, and above average intelligence when compared to the other classes. Most of Toothless' stats are still unrecorded, such as his top speed and shot count. Apparently exclusive to Night Fury is the fact that his teeth may be retracted into his gums so that it looks like he's toothless.
Like pretty much all dragons in his canon, Toothless has a fireproof hide . He is not so fireproof inside though. All dragons have a blind spot, but this is unknown on him...best guess is behind him. Apparently a wet head doesn't really stop his flames like it does other dragons.
His attack is like a napalm blast, usually preceded by a distinct and loud whistling noise as the gas collects in his mouth. His shot limit is unknown, though I've counted it at up to ten shots...this doesn't seem to be his limit though. He is also able to breathe a blue flame, but that's only been seen as a way to warm a spot to relax.
His missing fin makes him almost completely unable to fly on his own. Steering is next to impossible and so he can really only use his wings to extend his jumps.

You've been laying there listlessly almost nonstop for how long now? We need to go out and do something. You'll feel better.

Feb. 28th, 2011 06:20 pm[Black scales fill the screen...like something could be stepping on the D-comm. When it moves, the view isn't much different, more black scales just further away.
It's quiet except for the sound of sniffing, but then there's a sort of grumbly noise.]

[The statement is met by a startled shriek, and suddenly the view changes from black scales to trees and sky...and an agitated dragon's face that looks like it's seen something beyond unnatural.]
Well, I know I'm scary and all, but that's a fine hello after I've been waiting for you.
[An amused Elecmon pads over the D-comm, sitting in front of it, blocking the view again.]
